The company started in 2010 from a cyber cafe in Nairobi town, then Kayole slums and has now scaled to a corporate startup with it’s head office in Westlands Business Park, 8th floor Nairobi and satellite offices in other counties.

The brands that focusses on making money (1-6) and brands that focusses on creating an Impact and changing lives (7-14). Each brand is run by a brand head and other teams working under it. Junior Web Designer (WordPress)

About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Web Designer (WordPress) to assist in designing, developing, and maintaining WordPress websites. You will work closely with our senior designers and developers to create visually appealing and functional websites that meet client requirements and enhance the user experience
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing WordPress websites from concept to launch.
- Customize and maintain existing WordPress themes and plugins.
- Ensure websites are responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for various devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with the design team to create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Test and troubleshoot website issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web design trends and technologies.
- Provide timely updates and communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience with Elementor page builder
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Knowledge of Web Performance Optimization
- Experience with E-commerce Platforms
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A portfolio demonstrating your web design work is required
- Understanding of User Experience (UX) Design
