Biography

Robert Luyali is a seasoned web expert and entrepreneur with over
10 years’ experience working in the ICT Industry focusing on web
development, web systems, programmatic advertising and big data.
He calls himself the man who lives on the internet. He takes
pride in his strategizing, designing and digital marketing
campaign skills and has worked with brands such as KBC Kenya,
infamous Spacers Travel and is the consultant strategist for EA
Aquaculture Symposium.

How I started - My Story

TStepping in Nairobi for the 1st time in 2010 and armed with an idea, I started the company Oracom Web Solutions.  While in Moi University I was doing the business of Printing and Photocopy in my room. This made me not concentrate well in class. At one point a lecture told me that “I pity your girlfriend, will she call this a husband”, this did not stop me.

When I came to Nairobi to eventually continue with my drive for business, it was tough. I had to start from Kayole slums then moved to Tasia (The same building that collapsed recently) then to Donholm then moved the business to a servant quarter hause in Kileleshwa. In between I could not own a laptop so all I used to do was to walk to town and use the cybercafe computers. All is a long story.

Key is at one point I said I needed employment and in 1 year I worked in 6 companies while resigning after learning.

Again thats a long story but here we are now we are creating what we believe is the next big thing. Seeing is grow is amazing but the team behind me has also been amazing not forgetting my family.

What next is how to grow everything. We have built the 8 brands and now we want to see all of them flying higher and higher and higher.
