Overcoming Challenges

The evening, while a spectacular success, was not without its hurdles. One of the notable challenges we encountered was the unexpectedly high turnout of guests, surpassing our initial estimates. This surge in attendance led to some commotion at the entrance, particularly as many guests opted to pay at the door, causing delays and a bustling atmosphere. Our team, however, managed to navigate these challenges skillfully and with utmost efficiency, ensuring that every guest was welcomed and accommodated with minimal inconvenience. Additionally, some guests expressed concerns about time management, advising us to adhere more strictly to the schedule for speakers and the event’s start and end times. They also recommended allocating more time for networking and engaging with fellow attendees. Despite these initial hiccups, the warmth and excitement of the attendees quickly restored the festive spirit, making the evening’s smooth progression a testament to the resilience and dedication of our team.

 A Night to Remember

The Digitally Fit Awards 2024 was a resounding success, celebrating the achievements of digital pioneers and innovators. The event showcased the transformative power of digital technology and left attendees inspired and motivated to continue their digital journeys. As the night drew to a close, the sense of accomplishment and excitement was palpable, marking a significant milestone in the digital landscape of Kenya and East Africa.
We seek to touch real lives of real people. That is why the Digitally Fit Awards 2024 Person Of the Year ceremony is not just about the award attendees. It was about the over 10 service providers contracted to bring the award to life, the numerous taxi drivers driving attendees to the award, the kitchen staff serving at the award, the organizing team witnessing the fruits of their efforts.

And we will do it again, because at Oracom Group, as a policy, we feel good simply by helping other people.
